Dive Team Begins Tuesday, May 27, 2025!
Coaches Andrea Meyers and Amy Kennedy are back for their 16th season!
Both of our wonderful coaches are looking forward to a fabulous summer.
Assistant Coach Draper Witherspoon will be joining us for her 6th summer!
Strong, steady and amazing!
Assistant Coach Gabe Lett will be back for his 3rd summer!
We can't get enough of that smile!
Junior Assistant Coach Addy Meyers will be back for her 2nd summer!
She brings the love of diving from as far back as she is able to remember, literally!
We have lots of returning divers, although...always room for more.

Sunday 04/13 - Sequoia - Swim Suit Fitting - 4:00-6 :00
Wednesday, 6/11 - Sequoia - Mock Meet / During regular afternoon practice
Thursday, 6/12 - Away Meet - Sequoia @ West Meade - 8:00 warm-ups / 8:30 start
Thursday, 6/19 - Home Meet - 7 Hills @ Sequoia - 8:00 warm-ups / 8:30 start
Thursday, 6/26 - Home Meet - BMCC @ Sequoia - 8:00 warm-ups / 8:30 start
Tuesday, 7/1-BMCC - Combined 1 & 3 Meter City Meet - 7:30 warm-ups / 8:00 start
Wednesday, 07/02-Sequoia - End-of-Season Diving Showcase - 4:00 - 5:30
*Regular Season meets would run from 8-2 with each age group lasting about an hour - More information will be sent when a decision has been made on meets.
