IMPORTANT DIVE TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

All dive team fees will be billed through your Sequoia account.

Dive team fees are $180.00 per diver


Team registration officially closes on June 9th in order to receive a refund, less $25 processing fee.


Included in the fee are:

 

  • all practice sessions led by our coaching staff
  • team t-shirt
  • awards
  • league costs and administrative fees

 

Not included in the fee are: Spirit Items

 

  • Team towels
  • Sunglasses
  • Ball caps
  • Duffle Bag

2025 MEET SCHEDULE

VOLUNTEER INTEREST: 

The Sequoia Dive Team relies on volunteers to help our program to continue to run smoothly. We will be sending more information out throughout the summer. Help us by checking the options below.

I understand that the dive team registration fee is $180.00 per diver and will be billed to my Sequoia member account. This fee covers dual meet fees, coaches salaries, a Cyclone t-shirt, awards, trophies, supplies and the City Meet fees. I also understand that this fee does not include other swim/dive season expenses and optional items such as a team swimsuit, swimming supplies (e.g., Sammy, swim bag, etc.)

EMERGENCY TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION

All parents are to complete the emergency information below in order for your child to be fully registered for Sequoia Dive Team.
